Refund & Revision Policy

Please ensure that you read these terms and conditions cautiously prior to using our services.

These apply to all of our service users as well as website visitors.

In an instance that you make a decision of cancelling the placed order prior to a writer being assigned to complete it, you can make booking of another assignment that has the same price, with no extra charges.

Nevertheless, in an instance that such cancellation is requested subsequent to a writer being assigned, then the order will continue and cancelling will not be possible.

The reason for this is that the writer who undertakes the task is paid in advance for the work and should be compensated for the work done.

If, after making a payment, you find out that you were charged twice for the transaction then the payment processing system must send you two different receipts.

If this is so, you can send both the receipts to our email and subsequent to reviews on those, the refund will be made for the extra payment to your account in the shortest possible time.

While we make sure that the finest writers are assigned to work on your order; in instance that we are unable to assign a writer due to any reason, your next assignment of same value will be done with no extra charges.

You should ensure that complete details and materials are given to us when the order is placed.

Only the initially mentioned points will be considered in revision and clarification.

As per our 100% customer satisfaction policy, we ensure that the solutions meet all of the requirements given at the time of placing the order.

In addition, we also revise the solutions to meet the requirements.

Nevertheless, the revision must be requested within one month of the date that you receive solutions from us.

Revision request after this time duration will not be entertained and no refund will be issued in such instances.

Although it will never happen that you will get a ‘fail’ grade in your assignment, however, in case if this happens then we will do 50 percent wallet refund.

However, the authentic fail proof needs to be provided within one month ( 28 days) after the completion of the assignment.

Any request after this time period will not be entertained.

The reason for refunding 50 percent amount is that the writers take payment from us in advance, so it is not possible for us to get the payment back from the writer.

However, to ensure the quality of next assignment, we will dis-continue working with that writer.

In any instance (except for the situation in point 2.), no cash refund will be made.

In instances of genuine claim, another assignment of same value is done without any additional charges.

Due to the nature of work, no refunds are made on payments against online tests and quizzes.

Once you receive the refund confirmation, the company will process it within seven business days from the confirmation date.

Please note, that the company can not be held responsible for your Bank Transfer fees, transfer anomalies, and/or possible delays occurring due to any Bank service issues.
